You have 14 days from the date the last item in your order is delivered, or the date it ships if no delivery date is available, to request a return.
To start a return, email us with your order number.
Return shipping arrangements are confirmed when your return is approved.

Once Pawfect Comfort receives and inspects your return, Pawfect Comfort will notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
